Welcome to The Perfect Box website and store.
Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using the website or making any purchase through it.
Using the website and/or placing an order through it constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, without derogating from any right granted to the consumer under applicable Israeli law, in particular the Consumer Protection Law and the regulations enacted under it.
In the event of a conflict between any provision of these terms and a mandatory legal provision that cannot be contracted out of, the provisions of the law shall prevail.

2. Acceptance of the terms
By using the website or making a purchase through it, the user confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
If the user does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from using the website or making a purchase through it.
3. Eligibility and age
The website may be browsed by the general public, but purchases through the website must be made by a person with the legal capacity required to carry out the transaction.
The buyer must be at least 18 years old.
If the buyer is under 18, the purchase must be made with the consent of their parent or legal guardian, and placing an order constitutes confirmation that the required consent has been obtained.
Where there is reasonable cause, the store reserves the right to request information needed to verify the buyer's eligibility to carry out the transaction in accordance with the law.
4. Products
The Perfect Box offers products including, among others, gifts, notebooks, leather goods, custom products and other products that appear on the website from time to time.
The store makes reasonable efforts to display products, their images, colors and specifications accurately.
However, slight differences may appear between the colors shown on screen and the actual product due to differences in screen settings, lighting, photography or the nature of the materials, without derogating from the consumer's rights in the event of non-conformity under the law.
The store reserves the right to add or remove products, or change available stock, at any time.
5. Custom products and orders
The store may allow some products to be personalized, including adding names, phrases, messages, designs or specifications chosen by the customer.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the information they enter and making sure that names, text, spelling and requested details are correct before submitting the order.
The possibility of canceling a product made to the customer's special measurements or requirements is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations.
In accordance with the rules applying to products made to personal order, cancellation is possible within the periods and under the conditions set by law, including depending on the stage at which manufacturing of the product has actually begun.
The above does not affect the consumer's legal rights if the product is defective, does not match what was ordered, or a personalization error occurred due to the store.
The store is not responsible for an error in the name, text or information if the customer entered it incorrectly and the product was made according to the information provided, subject to the provisions of the law.
According to information published by the Israeli Consumer Protection Authority, products made to personal order according to special measurements or requirements are subject to special rules; the Authority states that the right of cancellation applies up to three days from the transaction, and thereafter if manufacturing has not yet begun.
6. Placing and accepting an order
Submitting an order through the website does not necessarily mean that the store is obligated to fulfill it before verifying product availability, the accuracy of the order information and completion of payment, as applicable.
After placing an order, the customer may receive an electronic confirmation with the order details.
The store reserves the right not to accept or to cancel an order in cases permitted by law, including an obvious error in product or price information, product unavailability, a problem with the payment method, materially incorrect information, or reasonable suspicion of misuse or fraud.
If an amount was charged for an order canceled by the store, the refund will be processed in accordance with the law and the relevant payment method.
7. Prices and payment
The prices shown on the website are the prices that apply to the purchase, subject to any additional cost displayed to the customer before completing the order, such as delivery fees, if any.
Payment is made through the payment methods offered on the website, which may include credit cards, cash on delivery or other payment methods available at the time of ordering.
The total amount payable by the customer is displayed during checkout.
If an incorrect price appears due to a technical or obvious error, the store will handle the case in accordance with the law.
8. Cash on delivery
If the customer chooses cash on delivery, the order amount is paid by the available method upon delivery of the order.
The store may contact the customer before preparing or shipping the order to verify and confirm its details.
The customer must provide correct contact details and address and reasonably enable the delivery company to deliver the order.
In accordance with the law, the store reserves the right to restrict the cash on delivery option where there is a reasonable basis to do so, such as repeated fake orders or unjustified refusal to accept previous orders.
This clause does not derogate from any right of cancellation, refusal or refund granted to the customer by law.
9. Shipping and delivery
The store provides delivery services to the areas shown as available during checkout.
The customer must provide a correct and complete name, phone number and address for delivery purposes.
Delivery times shown by the store, if any, are subject to the published shipping terms and the provisions of the law.
Deliveries may be affected by circumstances beyond the store's reasonable control, such as security situations, exceptional weather conditions or force majeure, subject to the rights granted to the consumer by law.
If there is a delivery problem, the customer can contact the store using the contact details in these terms.
10. Canceling a distance sale transaction
Purchases made through the website are subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and the regulations enacted under it, including the provisions relating to distance sale transactions.
For products for which the law grants a right of cancellation, the consumer may cancel the transaction within the period set by law.
According to official information published by the Consumer Protection Authority, in a distance sale of goods the right of cancellation may be exercised within the legal period, and the consumer is refunded in accordance with the conditions and timeframes set by law.
If the cancellation is not due to a defect in the product, non-conformity with what was agreed, failure to deliver on time, or another reason for which the law prohibits charging a cancellation fee, the store may charge a cancellation fee to the extent permitted by law, which may be up to 5% of the transaction value or 100 shekels, whichever is lower.
If the cancellation is due to a defect, non-conformity or failure to deliver on time, no cancellation fee will be charged in cases where the law prohibits it, and the return of the product will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
If the customer has received the product and the cancellation is for a reason unrelated to a defect, non-conformity or failure to deliver, responsibility for returning the product is in accordance with the provisions of the law.
The right of cancellation does not apply to cases excluded by law, including products made to the customer's special requirements or specifications, in accordance with the conditions and periods set by law.
11. Consumers with extended cancellation rights
Where the law grants extended rights to certain groups of consumers, including persons with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants, cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with the law and the conditions under which the right applies to the relevant transaction.
The Consumer Protection Authority explains that the cancellation period for some distance sale transactions for these groups may be up to four months, subject to the conditions of the law and their applicability to the transaction.
12. How to submit a cancellation request
The customer can contact The Perfect Box to request cancellation of a transaction using the contact methods available in accordance with the law.
Email: itstheperfectbox@gmail.com
Phone: 0535665010
When submitting a cancellation request, it is recommended to include your full name, order number, phone number and a contact method through which the order can be identified and the cancellation request processed.
If the website provides a dedicated electronic means for submitting a cancellation request, that means may also be used.
Cancellation requests and refunds are handled in accordance with the law.
13. Damaged or non-conforming products
If the product arrives defective, damaged or materially different from what was ordered, the customer should contact the store as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the problem.
It is recommended to include the order number and clear photos of the problem to make reviewing the case easier and faster.
The case will be handled in accordance with the law, and these terms do not limit the customer's legal rights relating to a defective or non-conforming product.
14. Exchanges and returns
Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, applicable regulations, the type of product and the circumstances of the transaction.
No provision in these terms may be interpreted as canceling or limiting a right that the law does not allow the store to agree to waive.
15. Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated, the store's rights in content it owns, including its trademark, logo, original designs, original texts and original images, are reserved in accordance with the law.
Content owned by the store may not be copied, republished, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the required permission, unless such use is permitted by law.
The website may also contain trademarks or content owned by third parties, whose rights remain with their owners.
16. Privacy and personal information
The store processes personal information necessary for operating the website, processing orders, communicating with customers, delivery, payment, customer service and the other purposes described in the privacy policy, in accordance with the law.
The privacy policy published on the website forms part of the website's terms of use, and it is recommended to read it before using the website or providing personal information.
The processing of personal information is subject, as applicable, to the provisions of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and the regulations enacted under it.
Amendment No. 13 to the Privacy Protection Law came into force in August 2025 and broadly defines “personal information” as data relating to an identified or identifiable person.
17. Payment methods and information security
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
The store makes reasonable efforts to use appropriate systems and services to operate the website and process transactions.
However, it cannot be guaranteed that internet systems are absolutely free of malfunctions or security risks.
The store does not ask users to send credit card details through means not intended for this purpose if payment is processed by a third-party payment provider.
18. Use of the website
The user undertakes to use the website lawfully and in good faith.
It is prohibited to use the website for fraud, knowingly providing misleading information, disrupting the operation of the website, attempting unauthorized access to its systems or any other unlawful activity.
The store may take reasonable measures necessary to prevent misuse of the website.
19. Website availability
The store makes reasonable efforts to keep the website running, but does not guarantee that it will be available without interruption at all times.
The website may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, fixing malfunctions or technical reasons beyond the store's reasonable control.
20. Limitation of liability
The store's liability is in accordance with applicable Israeli law.
These terms are not intended to exempt the store from liability from which it cannot legally be exempted, or to derogate from mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, the store is not liable for indirect damages resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any limitation of liability in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.
21. Information provided by the user
The user undertakes to provide correct and accurate information to the extent necessary to complete the order.
The user is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, phone number and details provided to the store are correct.
If the user discovers an error in the information they provided, they must contact the store as soon as possible.
22. Force majeure and exceptional circumstances
In the event of circumstances reasonably beyond the store's control, including emergencies, war, security restrictions, natural disasters, widespread outages or disruption of essential third-party services, order fulfillment times may be affected.
Such cases will be handled with due regard to the provisions of the law and the consumer's legal rights, and this clause does not constitute a waiver of any right that cannot be waived under the law.
23. Changes to the terms
The store may update the terms of use from time to time due to changes in the website's services or operational or legal requirements.
The updated version and the date of the last update appear on this page.
Changes to the terms do not retroactively affect rights the customer acquired from a previous transaction where the law does not allow it.
24. Governing law
These terms and the use of the website are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Jurisdiction in any dispute will be determined in accordance with Israeli law and the applicable rules of jurisdiction.
